Oh when this life just gets so grating...

By theeos300400d

Sorry this is a buttload of music at once but I put off posting for a while so I figured it's acceptable.

This came to me in a wild rush of sadness and love and it offers some hope. And now I'm okayish:

"Find a friend and stay close and with a melting heart
Tell them whatever you're most ashamed of -
Our parents have made so many mistakes,
But may we forgive them and forgive ourselves."

-From The Sun & The Moon by mewithoutYou

mewithoutYou The Sun & The Moon (Brother, Sister)
Neutral Milk Hotel Song Against Sex (On Avery Island)
El Obo Crops (thank you for this one Paul)
Elf Power Never Believe (Walking With The Beggar Boys)
Patrick Wolf The Libertine (Wind in the Wires)
Lemon Jelly His Majesty King Raam `(Ky)
Guster Manifest Destiny (Ganging Up On The Sun)
Wolf Parade Modern World (Apologies To The Queen Mary)
The Beatles And I Love Her

Also this is incredibly exciting and melodious:

You know how seeing a song live makes it more real and beautiful and makes you pause to consider it when you didn't before? Yeah, that's what happened here:

I'm going to die of loneliness

Every song is about him today. I'm going to die of loneliness for sure. A weekend without him and I assume the worst and begin contemplating my escape. I thought maybe I'm shizophrenic and this Tom person was just a charachter derived from my mind. All those memories false, all that warmth, and growth, and closeness, and connection nonexistant. How can I be so attached to another person so much? It's beautiful and powerful for sure, yet so delicate.

An ode to the sadness and then rejoicing of this weekend. I can't believe I can be loved so well.
